Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) business day, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. jiliss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Currency: All transactions on the jiliss platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jiliss does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount at jiliss is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable. jiliss does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before processing any withdrawal, jiliss is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements.
